CUESA Seasonal Cooking Demo 2013

Last fall I was able to join Chef Corey at a CUESA cooking demo at San Francisco's Ferry Building.  As he was invited again this summer, I got to tag along yet again!

Since visiting last year, the outdoor demo kitchen has undergone numerous improvements.  It's great to see this community benefitting project doing so well. 

This year, Chef made a Summer Corn Soup with Crab and Chorizo Butter and Chicken Confit served with Figs and Pesto.
